The Morgana KB2000 is amongst the simplest and fastest short run binding systems on the market. The unique spine preparation with a new powerful slitting and sheet fanning device allows the glue to penetrate for maximum adhesion. An integral dust extractor with bag comes as standard. The binding method can be selected for padding or cover binding.
A professional spine preparation system is used which includes a multi-layer glue assembly and a reverse rotating smoothing roller.
The system is controlled and operated through a central operator panel. By pressing “Start + Go” button the binding process runs in full automatic mode.
No special skilled operator is necessary. A fume extractor is integrated and can be connected with a flexible hose to any outlet.

A pneumatic driven cover attachment and side pressing unit finishes the book for a professional appearance. The cover attachment can be set up in relation to thickness of spine and substrate of cover. The pneumatic system is silent running.
