Ideal 4810-95 EP Guillotine

The IDEAL 4810-95 EP is a power guillotine which retains the manual clamp positioning of simpler machines to avoid unnecessary complexity. However, this version  offers programmable control over the back gauge as well as a power driven cutting blade. The program pad can store 99 cutting programs with up to 99 steps in each. A memory key can recall repeat cuts while non-standard job sizes can be entered via the key pad to control the back gauge. Manual setting is also possible using an electronic handwheel for the finest adjustments. Side lays at the front ensure that the stack is positioned correctly, even for the smallest piles. High speed steel blade is made for durability. Cutting height adjustment and cutting stick replacement are from outside the guillotine.

Safety-first operation with transparent hoods which lock during the cutting process, does not impinge on loading the IDEAL 4810 because the hood swings away for ease of access. The backgauge is positioned with the hand crank according to an easy to read scale from the front table. Blade height adjustment is from the side of the machine, eliminating any risk from the blade itself. Blade removal is safe and simple thanks to a dedicated tool.
