Fastbind ONE Sense Ultra is the ideal automated binding solution in a digital setting. Highly flexible, this perfect binder quickly binds hard and soft cover books as well as tear-off pads or strip binding. ONE Sense Ultra binds all thicknesses or formats up to A4 portrait or landscape and 50 mm thick with just one button. Fastbind perfect binders are the only ones that are suitable for most hotmelt glues: traditional EVA, PO, metallocene, PUR. With its temperature control, Fastbind ONE Sense Ultra can use any of these glues. Its modern and ergonomic design fits in any environment from a copy shop to a print room. It is compact, quiet, safe, clean, odorless, emissions free with minimal power consumption.

Designed and manufactured in Finland with a reliable and tested technology, Fastbind ONE Sense Ultra is made to last, whether you make one or 1000 books a day. It comes with touch-screen control panel, motorized clamping, roughening, gluing and nipping for a constant quality of binding. Equipped with sensors, the machine measures the book size and thickness and will automatically adjust the number of cycles and gluing area. In serial production, you get a constant quality of binding, with a strong and perfectly square spine each time. Fastbind ONE Sense Ultra comes with our PGO Gen 5 spine preparation system.

ONE Sense Ultra’s modular design enables multiple optional upgrades after purchase including the hard cover toolkit (nipping bar + hard cover guide) and an easy clean kit for quicker PUR glue tank cleaning with reduced hands-on time.
