Duplo DBM-120 Bookletmaker and Trimmer

The Duplo DBM120 Bookletmaker is a reliable and versatile booklet maker that can be a hand fed/standalone unit or work in line with other Duplo collators. It can run of speeds up to 2,400 booklets per hour and its simple, automatic set up means it is perfect for short run production. A built in corner, side stapling facility means this can be used without having to move or replace other staple heads. Setting up jobs is easy, simply choose from 1 of the 13 memories and formats are automatically adjusted. 20 sheets of 80gsm paper can be run through the DBM120 allowing for booklets of up to 80 pages to be made. The machine will automatically set the correct staple depth after the operator inputs how many sheets are being sent through, meaning a strong, secure bind every time.

As standard, the Duplo DBM-120 is capable of producing booklets from A3 to A5 in size. The optional small booklet kit enables the DBM-120 to handle sheet sizes down to A5 to create booklets as small as A6 (finished size).

When producing thicker books it is often necessary to trim the wide edge to ensure the booklet has a flat finish. The Duplo DBM120T trimmer will cut this edge as the book is ejected from the booklet maker ensuring a more presentable appearance.
