Case Study - Horizon MC-80a Collator + SPF-11 Bookletmaker + FC-11 Trimmer

John has been a customer of CJB for 8 years now and has had a number of machines enabling them to keep up with the ever changing market. In 2002 they had a small friction fed collator which was updated to another friction fed system, then a small suction fed system and now have just had installed a Horizon 8 station suction fed collator with online stitch, fold and trim. They needed to keep up with the demand that they now have from their customers, with the ever increasing shorter deadlines and need for quality work they approached us for a solution. With only supplying from a stock position we offered them the range that we had and the Horizon fell into the bracket perfectly.

They ordered the machine without the need of a demonstration, due to the excellent relationship that we have built up over the years. After a few days of install and operator training the machine was in full production before the next deadline was due and enabled them to output their work on time and to the customers satisfaction. Overall they were "Very happy" with the service offered by us and will continue to use and recommend us in the future.
