Case Study – Duplo Bookletmaker

We recently had a nice surprise through the post and thought we would share it. A new customer had some minor faults with a Duplo DBM-120 Bookletmaker and we sent one of our engineers to help. We received a cheque in the post with a note saying the following;
“I’d like to thank the engineer who came out to sort out my problems with me new booklet-making equipment. His help and advice was much appreciated, as was his friendly manner.”
